Nostalgia’s Philosophy is simple:
We strive to provide opportunities, privileges, and experiences to Developmentally Delayed individuals that are available to the community at large. We have given careful consideration to the many choices and opportunities that are available to most people and have made interventions and provided assistance to our clients to make these same choices a possibility.
Utilizing what the community has to offer for Nostalgia’s clients has meant getting clients involved in such activities as production at the local television station, skiing, white water rafting the Colorado rivers, planting gardens, attending Broadway productions, participating in local roller-hockey leagues and taking trips to exciting places like Mexico, Guatemala, New York City and the Grand Canyon.
The aspirations of our clients are taken seriously and supports are provided to help them realize their dreams. Our belief is that all people need to pursue their dreams on many levels in order to realize a satisfying and fulfilling life.
