Making it all work truly is an art.
We begin with selecting our staff members with careful consideration based on their values towards disabilities and their desire to make a difference in the lives of others. While we do have staff members with a wealth of experience, our belief is that experience working with the developmentally delayed population is not nearly as important as a general willingness to accept all people and to be solution oriented.
